Weather phenomena can make very severe storms and it is caused by severe weather. Like hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding, blizzards, windstorms, thunderstorms, etc. Lately where I live we've had severe tornado warnings that were caused by weather phenomena with heat and wind mixed to cause it. Some of the biggest weather phenomena's have been huge devistations to our world and cost us millions of dollars.
